Product Policy

Refund/Replacement Policy:
Refund/replacement can be claimed only for the damages caused during transit.
In order for the damaged product to be eligible for replacement/refund, please make sure that:


●Sufficient evidence is collected for damage during transit.

●You get in touch with us within 24hrs of receiving the product.

●You retain the original packaging for shipment.

The decision taken by mPower will be binding and final.

Once the product is eligible for refund it will be completed within 7 working days

 


Cancellation Policy:
To cancel your order write an email to support@mpowerlithium.com with details of the product cancellation. Kindly note that product cancellation requests can only be accommodated before the shipment of the product.

Returning Goods Policy:
We understand that you would like to return our product due to

1.Shipment of incorrect product against the placed order,
2.Ordered product not compatible with your equipment.

In the case of the first scenario, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and take full responsibility to rectify it as soon as possible. As a gesture of goodwill the return shipment charges will be borne by us. However, we request you to return the goods intact with the original packaging. We recommend using a trackable mail service to avoid any loss during return shipment.

In the second case scenario, we offer full support and service by connecting you to our battery expert to ensure that you get a product which is absolutely compatible for your requirements as soon as possible.

Once we receive the goods and verify their condition along with receipts, the refund process shall be initiated.
