Refund/Replacement Policy:
Refund/replacement can be claimed only for the damages caused during transit.
In order for the damaged product to be eligible for replacement/refund, please make sure that:
Sufficient evidence is collected for damage during transit.
You get in touch with us within 24hrs of receiving the product.
You retain the original packaging for shipment.
The decision taken by mPower will be binding and final.

Cancellation Policy:

Returning Goods Policy:
